Just wanted to share the section on ARTI that was sent out to my investor email list tonight...

Starting with ARTI... the reason that most investors in this newsletter have entered a position in ARTI is the acquisition of Charity Sports Distributors (CSD). Per ARTI's press release (http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Artfest-International-Inc-1000575.html) ARTI has said that CSD will be completed and announced via PR by the end of the month... "as we proceed to finalize the acquisition of CSD within the month." It is my estimate that the CSD acquisition and the 3.3 million per year in revenues they will bring ARTI, will propel this stock to the .03-.05 range within a day of its release.

Next week marks the last "full" week of the month, with the following week only being Monday and Tuesday the 29th and 30th...

In response to my email asking if CSD and that PR were still on that time frame, Edward responded "Everything is on schedule and ready to launch." The timing has never been better to be holding, or entering ARTI. Also this week, ARTI put out 2 press releases...

06/18: Artfest International, Inc. Has Secured the Licensing Rights to Rhupert, a Character Created by the Internationally Acclaimed Artist:

- Artfest International, Inc. (OTCBB: ARTI) is pleased to announce that the Company has secured the licensing rights to the ostrich character, Rhupert, created by D. Arthur Wilson.
- Rhupert was just approved to be the official logo and D. Arthur Wilson, the official artist, for World Peace Project.
- Artfest International, will fund and produce four, 30 minute, pilot episodes of Rhupert.
- The official release of the children's book titled: "Little Red Rhupert," which was written and illustrated by D. Arthur Wilson, will occur at Artfest's second "Sizzling Summer Saturday" art extravaganza.
- "I believe that Rhupert has the potential to be the next Barney the Dinosaur phenomenon. The character Barney and his ancillary products were generating royalties of $250 million per year in the early 1990s," stated Edward Vakser, Artfest International, Inc. CEO.
- Artfest International, Inc. will be hosting a nationwide teleconference June 23, 2009. There is expected to be a high demand for the call-in lines for this Nationwide Teleconference and space will be limited. 06/15: Artfest International, Inc. to Open Artfest Expo Center in Dallas to the Public:

- Artfest International will also be hosting its second "Sizzling Summer Saturday" art extravaganza at the Company's 52,000 square foot Expo Center in Dallas Texas. The event will take place on June 20th, 2009 from 11 am to 7 pm.
- Artfest will use the occasion to launch its new "Russian Tea Room," featuring the top Russian Artists, with a special appearance and "live" paintings by a World Renowned Russian artist KAZANIN.
- The "Sizziling Summer Saturday" event will also have on display celebrity sports memorabilia from CSD which demonstrates the synergies and cooperation between CSD and Artfest as we proceed to finalize the acquisition of CSD within the month.
- "Artfest Expo Center has been opened for over a month, and the staff had a chance to 'tweak' the center and I'm extremely pleased of the progress as well as the development.
