So I'm looking at these new pictures, I am very grateful that they were posted. What an opportunity to see things pertaining to a current position I hold without traveling across the country.

Could the large storage tank have something to do with the car dealership? Looking at the Patent Pending 180 degree turns. I noticed they look like a 10 -12 inch pipe. Does it makes sense to reduce it down to a 2" pipe?

I certainly don't know what I'm looking at but I am skeptical that is has to do with algae. It would be helpful to know where the storage tank is located. With all the open area upstairs it seems odd to install new plumbing through the floors.

This is just me thinking out loud.
