Dicon , the company the SPNG has a verbal license with , is also actively promoting there own Sponge products:

What I find interesting is the Dicon website does NOT mention SpongeTech anyplace , they have a partners link and no SPNG? Not sure the extent of the Dicon / SPNG relationship.... But the Dicon (owner of the technology) does not mention SPNG? I read in some older filings SPNG has a "verbal" contract / commitment with Dicon... Seems like a strange partnership.... Maybe when SPNG uplists they will disclose some more information....
