Quite honestly, I have no Idea.
If 144 shares were sold and documented by Identa, I do not recall reading about their issue, however after 6 years of following this its possible I just forgot. If theses restricted shares are now being sold, then who is buying all this stock and why? Pinks mistify me. They do not perform rationally and as you have pointed out we are kept in the dark most of the time because there are no reporting requirements. When I see large spikes in volume, I just assume its either the result of a well written PR (true or BS) or there is some inside information floating around. Some here look at charts, do an analysis and make predictions, however I no longer place much credibility in Pinks. Bottom line is how much stuff did you sell and how much money did you make selling it. I am optimistic tho that the price will rise. YS has had a long row to hoe here and for his sake and ours I am hoping for the big pay day.
