I work in a urology clinic, after we finish up with prostate biopsys we sometimes have a bit of a mess. I use everything I can get my hands on to sanitize the room before the next patient, soap and water, then spray antiseptic and finally those thin antiseptic wipes. I would LOVE a sponge with plenty of medical cleanser in it. We really need something with more substance to it.
