Its all over the place here in southern Ontario, sells great. A hot commodity. I lived in Vancouver, BC most of my life before moving here. BC is a totally backwards province, so I am not surprised about your comments. They are slow in everything. It all started many years ago when the NDP messed up the provice. I would suggest you relocate to Ontario and enjoy the finer things life has to offer...like WNBD.
