This is not new information. It was in prior filings as well, so the only reason anyone would not have known was if they did not look or know what they were reading.

This company is better than most pinksheets in their transparency for one. They keep the shareholders aware pretty well. Their financial postings are more up-to-date.

Anything that would be a complaint about their practices (and there surely are things) can more likely be said as a general complaint about pinksheet companies, and very often even as a general complaint about OTCBB companies as well.

I favor broader and better information and instantly knowing when shares are issued. That problem however is not a problem directly associated with CYPW; it is a problem directly associated with the failures of the SEC and Congress to update regulations and practices to be more in line with the capabilities of the instant communication and information era in which we live. The SEC thinks we still are in the 1950's with their dumb regulations; and they would rather be vague about everything than to risk being specific... they are a JOKE and the LAWYERS are eating their lunch every day.

Comparatively, I feel CYPW is trying to be a pretty good company in their efforts; but there is plenty of room for improvement.

Why is this not published and current AT ALL TIMES: shares authorized, issued, restricted, and insider held?
ANSWER: The crooks don't want a reliable system, and neither do regulators or politicians. We need this NOW!
