Is there any exhibit attached to the PLAN OF REORGANIZATION?

Interesting Points:

1. DCN stays as the official Company and will be based
in Florida.

2. Trafalgar will participate as shareholder...
Wonder if they will keep Financing ( or maybe..
I should 've said Toxic Financing ) the reorganized DCN.

3. Coming merger ( or maybe a reverse merge ) on the near Horizon.

4. Further Dilution of shares.

How much is going to be worth our shares???
My wildest guess at most... 0.003 to 0.005
a ten bagger from here ...not bad for the new comers!
