The greatest thing about money is that it gives you the freedom to do what you want. IMO, simply having options is the greatest luxury in life. More money, more freedom/options.

I really believe that it only changes a person if that person has some emotional attachment to it.

The most idiotic saying is "money is evil" or something similar. That's people transferring the blame because they've given up control. The problem is with the person, not the piece of paper.
