First off, we don't decide WHEN, the FEDS do. Remember the time lapse between the Lindberg pinch and the rest of the cartel boys. Good things take time sometimes. Took the SEC almost two years to complete round 1. So time is of no consequence ( save for statutes of limitations ).
You say 25 mil.+. OK, maybe ? I was told 4.1 some time ago. Wasn't really that important to me so I didn't bother doing a records search. That's for other people that may be able to do something with those figures to research. Money trails,,,
