My daughter just got a call a boy she has gone to school with since the beginning just got killed in a head on collission on last day of school going home. Kid would have been a junior next year.
Life is short people.

There’s something wrong with the world.........You can feel it.

It’s like a splinter in the back of your mind.

It drives you mad.



You keep searching for it but you can’t find it. You can’t put your fingers on it.



Your logic tells you it doesn't exist but in your heart and in your soul, you know better.



This world is hiding something. It’s something awesome, supremely powerful and beautiful.



This world is a fake, a cheap marked-down Kmart blue light special. It’s a prison for your mind.



The “advertisers” tell you that you can be happy with a new mortgage, a new car, a new TV, maybe even your own island. The TV shows and movies tell you that you can be happy with more money, new friends, a new job, lot’s of sex, drugs and party all night long. If that’s not enough there’s always your neighbors wife!



Problem is not one of those things listed will satisfy your longing to be “whole”. It’s a lie.



We get married to the first person that looks decent and will accept our faults so we can be “complete”



It’s a lie from the pit of hell itself. There is not one solitary thing, act, or position in life that will ever satisfy your soul.



They asked J.D. Rockefeller (the Bill Gates of his day) “How much money is enough”. He replied, “Just a little bit more!” It’s never enough no matter how much you have. It’s still the same today. No matter what you’re talking about. Drugs, sex, booze, adrenaline, it doesn't matter. I’ve tried them all and there’s nothing there that satisfies.

It always leaves you wanting more.



The real world is all around us, everyday, watching and waiting. It’s invisible, yet the strongest force in the universe. It’s spiritual, yet it’s physical in “their” dimension. There’s a war going on all around us in the heavenly’s and it’s shortly coming to an end.



That longing, emptiness you feel is your soul trying to “connect” to its Maker. Your soul knows that time is about up and it keeps telling your mind to keep searching. You just haven’t figured out what it is.



Jesus Christ bought and paid for your soul with His own blood, His very life. No greater sacrifice has ever been recorded in history.



"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”

(John 3:16)



So much so it changed history forever. Our very calendar years still attest to His power, even 2008 years later.



His rising from the dead on the 3rd day has made Him the only way to salvation and to heaven.



“I AM the Way, the Truth and The Life, no one comes to the Father except through Me.

(John 14:6)



He is the Creator of your soul. He formed you in your mother’s womb. (Isaiah 44:2)

“All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made.”

(John 1:3)



You are not your own, therefore you search to find your “true love”, “true north”, “purpose”, “plan”, “destiny” or whatever you want to call it.



That “search” can end right here, right now if you’ll just let go of all the things you were taught, all the things this world has brain-washed us with, and all the bitterness accrued by countless imperfect Christians and fallen religious leaders.



This is your life. The fate of your eternal soul rests squarely in your hands.



You cannot blame your parents, your Sunday school teacher, your ex-wife, your kids, your boss or even your dog.

The only person keeping you out of heaven is you.

The mask is off, the truth has been revealed and you now must make a decision.

Do you believe it or not?

Time is running out. Look at the news. Look at the world.

It’s falling apart. Even the earth itself is giving you signs (earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunami’s, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, bizarre weather out of season).



It’s time to wake up before it’s too late. Today is the day of salvation.



"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:13)



If you want to go to heaven and have your soul redeemed by its Maker, pray this simple prayer, and mean it from your heart.



Father God. Forgive me of my sins as I believe that Jesus came and died for my sins and He rose up on the 3rd day so that I could have everlasting life with Him. I accept Him now as my personal Lord and Savior and ask Him into my heart. I want a new start with You from this day forward. Change me into the person you created me to be. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and guide me. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.



If you just prayed that prayer I want to welcome you into Gods family. Scripture says when one has been born again a HUGE party takes place in Heaven! How wonderful that must be!



"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17)



Becoming saved is starting new!

In order to become new one must rid themselves of the old.

Bury the old for the new creation in Christ that leads to true peace and happiness!



You can start that process through baptism.



Romans 6:3-5 says………

“3Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

5If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection.”



A relationship with Jesus Christ will provide you all the strength you need to weather the storms of life.



Philippians 4:13 says “I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”



In order to have that strength though one must abide in Christ. God’s word says........ 4Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. John 15:4-5



A daily relationship with God so when the evil one comes you will have God’s word embedded in your heart which comes from abiding in Christ.

You will then be able to with stand the temptations.



That relationship also comes with responsibilities such as living a Godly lifestyle as will as following scripture such as "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." (Mark 16:15)



Unfortunately to many new and old Christians think once they have their ticket into Heaven that’s all they need to do is lead a life they believe is pleasing to God.

The Holy Spirit will be your guide to what is pleasing to God, not your view point, or any ministers, or anyone else's.
