* Defendant may file its dispositive motion, whether it be for judgment on the pleadings pursuant
to Rule 12(c) or for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, within 30 days from today. Plaintiff
will have 30 days from the date Defendant files its dispositive motion to file a response.
* The parties shall prepare and file a Case Management Report on or before July 7, 2009.
* The parties informed the Court they reached an impasse regarding the motion for expert access
to confidential documents.
* The parties suggested submitting a proposed protective order with alternative language and
separate briefs setting forth their respective positions on or before June 30.
* The Court informed the parties it would deny the motion for expert access to confidential
documents without prejudice because the landscape has changed significantly since the filing of
the motion and informed the parties that they may file their proposed protective order by June 30
if they so chose.
