Knowing that new shares were printed and knowing what course of action you can take are two totally different things.

Lets face it, most of us knew that this company was owned by a cockroach long before BW took over. The SS was gagged so it was also quite clear that there was something fishy going on, and with over 500 million shares traded in a single day it was a sure sign that our AS of 1.4 billion and OS of 1.1 billion was way off.

I understand why BW did not tell us the share count sooner. There is no point in giving information out that you are not 100% sure about, I am sure that he wanted to see if there were any legal avenues he could persue with the old owners.

At least we now have a better understanding of where we stand.
