That's what I grab from it. Looks like when we see people trading at unusual levels, that's a red flag for something they know that "we don't" - insiders. I have a good feeling we will hear something by Tuesday though. I don't think they'll wait until Wednesday to only affect 1.5-2 days (fridays are usually slow anyways as people want to leave the weekend with cash!).
