ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING DATE
COLUMBIA, MD. (May 29, 2009)—Raptor Detection is holding its annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, July 23, 2009 instead of June 18, 2009 as previously advised to shareholders in the CEO’s letter of April 15, 2009. The meeting will be open to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2009 and other shareholders that may have acquired shares of common stock after that date with proof of identity.
The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Columbia Town Center Hotel, 10207 Wincopin Circle, Columbia, MD 21044 and will begin at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. A formal Notice to shareholders will be mailed sometime in June. Media access will not be provided unless authorized in advance by the Company and proper credentials are presented at the door by authorized representatives.
