I agree and I'm not here to give anyone a hard time. I just think people need to cheer up abit and realize everything in lifes a gamble.

I own my own business and had an Idea on a new entity and approached another business on a joint venture 2 weeks ago. I would have put in all the money. His company purchases 22 million dollars a year of a product that he uses and is in need of more.I said we can make it ourselves because I have the resources and at the end of the year we can share the profits.

His answer was "What's my risk". Dumbfounded by his question sinse I would be the one at risk and all I really wanted was a solid customer and partner my answer was.

Did your wife serve you with Divorce papers today?
He said " No". I in turn replied" well there's that risk"
