I second the notion of MLM being there. The guy would systematically dismantle the BOD. Someone needs to be held accountable for the lies that many bought into over the years and these guys shouldn't get a free pass. Ultimately the issue is the share price and if they could work it so the long-term NSOL shareholders don't get shafted, I think much would be forgiven. That said, I don't see any scenario in which that happens.
