If you are going to call someone a liar then you need to provide the documentation to support your claim. Jared produced the names of the parties involved in the buyout offer. It has also been indicated that there IS a signed buyout offer for .10 per share.

Now it's your turn to provide your documentation that proves there was no buyout offer. Otherwise it sounds like you may be the liar in the group.
