They dumped 210 million shares on 6/15, 6/17 and 6/18
Today 6/18 no change and therefore low volume.
If you're wondering why they are doing that, it's because they're going to reverse split anyway before the merger. That of course, if the merger is true !
If everything is true, even this O/S count is not bad.
