OK, I don't understand how that is possible, but I am not saying it's not the case. I don't know enough about BK unless we are talking Burger King. Another thing though...if they did declare BK then I would assume all the law suits are done. Why would they file BK before all debt was tacked on. I would think they would re-organize after all lawsuits rolled in and not just some. Why re-organize half the debt? Just a thought.

Maybe Roach could help us out on this one. Are there still lawsuits pending that you can possibly see on that website, or in your opinion did we settle out of court on all that mess, because it was a mess, or should I say is a mess? TIA
