I am not posting this to tout what DocS just said but it reminds me of the Recipe I put out a while back wherein I stated as part of the recipe that, with progress, it could get the attention of those millionaires who made their money through coal the first time & would love to get in on the ground floor of the "WHEELING & DEALING" of a new deal & with the latest development, Ky Government may listen now after seeing that a single investor believed enough in this project to invest thousands upon thousands of dollars -- did any of us decide to do that, no. So, why shouldn't he be rewarded for making such a large investment -- at least he's resuscitated life back into this stock again!
If this new investor is a known legit professional with integrity, then he may be able to convince those he knows in Kentucky governmental positions to grant monies, along with contacts in the coal industry to invest. Have you done any Internet searches on him -- perhaps the odds are in our favor that he has enough ties to Kentucky folks who know his character that they're willing to take a chance.
I'm not basing these possibilities on past management's actions -- I'm basing these on the new blood that's come onto the scene or at least come out front. Give that person a chance -- hey, I'm glad he's taken a chance - - at least there is a glimmer of hope now versus what we were looking at before. Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees, i.e. those who keep having nightmares about past management cannot see that this new guy is a Good Thing! Give it a chance.
