June 18 Shareholder Bulletin

Dear Shareholders,

Eternal Image's Q1 2009 financial statements were completed yesterday and have now been sent to our auditing firm for review. It is standard procedure with a 10Q filing to have it reviewed first, even though actual audited statements are not required.

Once the review is finished, the financial statements will be melded into the complete 10Q for filing.
