ADD + LOUD MUSIC blaring? Great combo! LOL!
Sounds like me!!! Place I work, you can't listen to music, can't eat or drink (except for water with a closed top). Sit right in front of the wardens. Prisoners have it good. (You know reading their legal texts; listening to music; the sex...)
Meanwhile at home - well you know I listen to Techno/Dance - so that is blaring (2year old loves that - falls asleep pretty quick) - TV in the top right of my screen - whilst doing whatever with the rest of the 21"...
.. anyways the highlight of my day (no not attacking people on Stockcharts forum... though that was a bit funny) - I am at Yonge and Bay - calling into Telemax to see if any of my AGI fills hit. My wife has to go to Gap - I am on may way across and I sees out of my eyes -- "TD WATERHOUSE" - duh! Computer terminals et al. YEAH RIGHT!! So I cross the street and I am in there - Embry on Market Call (suppose it was the last old one); CNBC (no volume); Ticker above; a few nice plasmas with prices.. I was able to log into my account and verify my trades. Pretty cool...
Three things
1) Mozilla/Netscape allows you to "RIGHT-CLICK BLOCK IMAGES FROM SERVER" - I do that for Yahoo!;SI and iHUB - works most of the time; iHUB cleverly draws a BORDER around so I still lose the real estate. If you did this with Kastelco I would assume all images from "sympatico3" would be hit. But think "sympatico" itself would be ok.... (ie sympatico; sympatico2 etc)
2) iHUB offers a way to turn off sigs (does that even work because it doesn't for me - but I am not paid up).
3) In Mozilla/Netscape; Preferences; Privacy; Images - the bottom - allows you to show "repeat" or "single" or "none" for animated gifs. this sounds to be the best option.. esp for those that can't sit still in a library... hearing "SHHHHHH" all the time...
