now a days if any one gets sick or has a disease and they live with-in 100 miles of any chemical co. they get a 2-bit lawyer and claim contamination of land sea and air. don't even care about these cases right now --further more many are settled with-out trial--even 50 mil worth of claims would be spread out over time and cemjq has powerful lawyers that can put these cases off for a long time--to me not an issue at this time----it can even be a company making baby powder--
