Unless I am mistaken, no matter how you use the formula supplied by 141, no matter what share price you use with the formula, the value of each preferred share goes from its non-tradeable state of one dollar down to $.00714 or almost seven/tenths of a penny in actual value you can trade.
Since I converted last winter and still own my preferred shares I wouldn't mind being mistaken here.
