Well if that is the case I wonder why a non vote is a "No" vote to the R/S?. Unless that is required in the company charter as well. You would think if the company wants a R/S so badly then they would make a non vote a "Yes" vote.

I think anyone who votes yes for this R/S is out of their mind or just very misguided.
