What's the current status on Ulster Scientific in NY??

ASFX aquired that company in a reverse takeover.... I would guess they are still doing biz also.... Anyone have facts?

Also, I came across this:
The Company experienced a 15% sales increase with net sales of $263,603 for the first quarter of 2009, as compared to net sales of $229,982 for the first quarter of 2008.

*you can bet thats alot higher for Q2*
