Just off phone with Petro America, awaiting return call from their Finance Dept regaurding share cert transfer ect, will post any info I recieve. GLTA. FWIW...FINRA contacted, submitted request with them, per phone contact at FINRA, they will "begin to look into it" LOL. Time frame FINRA rep gave me to recieve answers to my inquiry may take 2 weeks to 'several months' ! Learning as I go,sorry if you all here already are versed in the policies/regs.
