(PINKSHEETS: IDTA) today announced that top executives of the company, Yaacov Shoham, CEO; Baruch Glattstein, Chief Scientist; and Jacob Weiss, legal and business consultant; will be in the US and France in the next several weeks to attend important strategic meetings related to future growth of the company.

IDenta Corp CEO Yaacov Shoham states, "This business trip to the US and France is by far the most important trip since we started our company and it will help guide the future growth of IDenta as we embark on this phase of expected increased demand for our products.

"We will be in the New York area and in Paris for the following issues:

1. To start implementation with the New York-based company, the new marketing program for the previously mentioned eight retail and drug store chains.

2. Meetings with a U.S.-based private equity fund manager (a continuation of the two previous meetings held in Israel).

3. Meeting and training sessions for use of IDenta products with an unnamed security company regarding law enforcement agencies in the states, including the US Army and exploratory talks about construction of our new American manufacturing plant.

4. Meetings in France with the representatives of different French Law Enforcement agencies (customs, interior minister, national laboratories and police) to enlarge the use of our different products there, including the new General Screening Drug Test kit and Precursor Test kits. We have been invited officially and specially to this important meeting by the French authorities."

Mr. Shoham also states, "We must have our company positioned, through strong relationships, to be ready to meet the increased demand for our kits as our company matures. Many of these relationships are now in place."
