If you are of the opinion that Mr. Pernia can sell for whatever reason he wants, or that Mr. Copeland has the right to do what he wants with his holdings, my response is that the private maneuvers with their holdings are having a serious effect on the very public pps. Can anyone doubt that we would probably be .10 to .20 higher right now if Copeland had not sold into last week's rally? Just because you have a "right" to do something doesn't make it right to do it.
We were told not to react to rumors, only news. Well, a Form 4 IS news, and it scares current investors and potential investors alike. So a little clarification real soon might be called for. JMHO.
