An ERHC/ADDAX/EEL consortium will solve perhaps some of EEL's problem but I don't see listing them again as the delisting came about at the insistence of AIM because no accounts had been produced.As long the OPL 321/323 situation isn't solved the auditors can not give a clean report which is necessary for relisting.
And there is also the matter with Peak but we didn't see the end of that yet.
The revoking of Knock rights which is now in court and is again adjourned until the 23rd.
I don't see Knoc or ONGC now fighting in court for the huge rights in OPL 321/323 "giving away" the operatorship to ADDAX, no way, that would produce another courtcase for years and the delays following them.
