My first thought is be very cautious of what you hear on this board. Remember the company can vote for a r/s with or without share holder approval it is simply a courtesy format or guide for which way to go. There are groups here trying to scare or persuade you to change your thoughts and create doubt about the company.

Never underestimate the power of very stupid people in large groups.
