I see many problems with what he is touting, but I am not going there on this board with you. Just read it again and look at the possibilities for corruption from either side that is in power. Just not going to happen rite away. Or I should say most likely not going to happen right away. Whole nine yards needs to be revamped, question is how to serve the needs of all in the most efficient way.
