Interative Brokers lists 200,000 "legit"(?) SPNG shares open to short.....

It was 700,000 shares over the weekend
Someone(s) took a 500,000 shares short on SPNG - I would never short any stock , and surely not one that can be manipulated up 50%+ in a day or more...
