All I am saying is that it bolsters WMI’s current claim for the Current tax returns. If WMB was Part of WMI and WMI was responsible for the taxes then they are responsible for the fines as well right up until the seizure. Besides the big claim was for 1997. This must be an old case or the IRS is reaching to far into the past.
