Kids, just a quick note about the importance of having your IP defended by a law firm on contingency basis.

I dont know if Scanbuy has their IP Lawyers on contingency, but we sure do! That is a huge advantage, and may also shed some light on a favourable outcome against the Scanbuy lawsuit.

Our law firm clearly believes in the strength of our IP portfolio. So the only way Barkhume & associates gets paid is by actually winning the case and getting the infringing Company to pay all the legal bills to defend Neom IP, plus any treble damages. So, if our law firm looses the case they don’t get paid a red cent!! How many lawyers do you know that work for free?????????
