We may have the makings here of something serious... I just finished working with a private mortage company doing something similar to this.

Uhh... This almost looks like the first of the new mortgage company, post toxic lender period.

It almost has to be a smaller company starting from the ground up who can build on a clean canvas.

These puny fluctuations between 6 and 12 may go for a little while longer, but if the company continues to go on this "building block" approach for growth...
