This is the "unconversion formula" (My word for conversion back to common) as supplied by 141.

(A / (B * 0.8))/ 175 = C

A = Number of Preferred Shares Submitted for Conversion
B = The average closing bid price of the Common Stock for each of the five (5) consecutive trading days immediately prior to the date of conversion. (This is based on postmarked date the Common Shares were submitted for conversion.)
C = Number of Common Shares to be Received
0.8 = This takes into consideration the 20% Discount
175 = This takes into consideration the 175:1 Reverse
