I agree charts dont tell you if a stock is going up...but they tell you if you should pay attention to the stock because it has a chance to go up... GSPM, MOBL, ONEV charts have been looking like they are ready to break for over a month now and neither has broken...charts can predict future movements but its up to you to follow that stock closely because the chart is only 1 indicator of many if a stock will move. Other indicators I look at intraday is volume, L2 set up, and momo
