I don't have any free funds, because I'm putting the only free cash into the pick you PM'd me about, but I think if you put in a buy order for BQI at 1.01 -1.02 and get filled you'll be happy enough in the short-term.

Try snacthin' 'em up in PM, or just put in a GTC order and see if they'll bring it down to you.

Fundamentals look strong enough, current assets v. current liabilities look good to me, and total OS is 240M with total equity of 492 M at the end of 208, which makes it undervalued, and should be a good pick.
