Hello pump lovers...
A few observations....one is the insider selling is insignificant and is addressed in the filings. The pricipals have multiple millions of shares they are holding. They forfeited their employment agreements and took them OFF the Torvec books....Should they ever decide to sell a few million..that would have my attention.
As for the listing strategy...I would imagine it's on the
to-do list..I still beleive that from a NAS eligibilty stand point, the dip below $5 doesnot reset the clock...I believe it has to stay below $5 for 20 days after meeting the 90 day above $5 requirement....the catalyst to move to another listing would most likely be a "done deal" driven startegy with revenues in tow...from my perspective, and I have been around this investment as long as anyone, monetizing the tech is why I'm here...that comes first...
Given the imminent testing of the IVT in the Tahoe, my opinion is that very favorable results will be announced...they already know what the IVT can do.....how will it be valued as it approches commercialization..? That is where the bet is here...I think that is a big number..certainly way bigger than where it is now, not
to mention the iso-torque value, the FTV value, the steer drive value, the Cv joint, the ice tech....the stock has traded almost 10 million shares this year...who bought it...that's not small money changin hands...I have remained invested long term on TOVC due to what I feel is most likely to happen, with the understanding that it is a long road in tough industry where nothing happens overnight...people need a vision to see where this is heading...
