Okay...I just heard back from the SEC and they said that trading will resume tomorrow on the Pinksheets. They also told me that they did in fact approve of the PR that was sent out by PGYC on June 2 concerning legal action. They couldn't comment on their findings just that there was a discrepancy with information concerning who was buying PGYC out. They also said that trading should resume at the last trade which was 0.025 and that PGYC was temporarily suspended not halted. SEC -202-551-4588.
