They way I read the update was that they released the 10K early rather than waiting to get them both done before filing. I think this was a way of giving the share holders a bone....It was a bone....just a dead stinky one.
My hope was that they would come out today with the 1stQ and filing to FINRA, or at least more of an in depth letter staing what the **** is going on.
