I agree with most of your post the reserves, plant, and the debt load for the number of shares at this point is still manageable for a decent pps.

Less than 1/3 of this company is in private hands so it is really quite a long shot that anybody could ever do a 'hostile' takeover. Nevada corps are the most protected in the USA against such an action.

Now a conversation to a private company could be done quite easily since the majority of the ownership is held within the company. (Leveraged buyout) But I brought this subject up a while ago. This could be good or bad for common shareholders. But I do not think this is likely based on what I was told yesterday about preferred shares conversions that were done this year. I will post this info in another post in a few minutes.
