Just wanted to take a minute to post the section of my stock email which is sent out to investors via email, that pertains to Artfest International

First off, ARTI... Artfest International put out four press releases this past week (all linked below) and more news is expected from the company this coming week. Starting off on Monday, ARTI announced it's "Sizzling Summer Saturday" art extravaganza that took place yesterday. As of the time of this email, I was unable to find any photos from the event, but I will pass them along should I receive any, and fully expect an early week press release following up on this event. The most important piece of information to investors was the part regarding CSD, as the company has now put in writing that the acquisition of CSD should be announced this month!

Key points from this press release:
- a live appearance by Sir Earl Toon, one of the original members of the pop group "Kool and the Gang".
- Artfest International's event will have live painting with Artfest Artists featuring Lisa Wilson as well as Craig Gould, Kathy Metcalf, and Romanho appearing in Artfest's Main Gallery.
- Building Wealth and Extra Income through Art seminars at 11:30 am CST, 2 pm CST, and 5 pm CST.
- The "Sizziling Summer Saturday" event will also have on display celebrity sports memorabilia from CSD which demonstrates the synergies and cooperation between CSD and Artfest as we proceed to finalize the acquisition of CSD within the month.

Following Monday's PR, the company announced via a press release on Tuesday, that they are to Receive $5 Million Equity Line of Credit to Complete Key Acquisitions. Again, this is paramount in closing the CSD deal, which, when complete I believe will increase the PPS of ARTI to the .02-.05 range fairly quickly. Bashers will point out that with this announcement the company has taken on $5 million in debt, but the most important thing with this release is the fact that the Delaney Equity Group will receive warrants at five and ten cents per share. Obviously, no company would accept a warrant at five and ten cents per share if they didn't believe that ARTIs pps would get to those levels.

Key points from this press release:
- will enable the Company to complete the acquisition of Charity Sports Distributor ($3.3 million in revenue per year), Inc., a vertically integrated Texas-based custom framing company, which specializes in the design, production, and distribution of authentic framed autographed sports and entertainment collectibles and art pieces.
- Delaney Equity Group will receive warrants at five and ten cents per share.

On Wednesday, the company PR'd that the company would hold an open house on June 23rd for investors and the financial community. The last PR last week hit on Thursday announcing the launch of the companies agressive merger and acquisition campaign. This release piggybacked the Tuesday release announcing the line of credit. It has changed the thoughts of many investors that planned on flipping ARTI to hold a larger portion long-term.

Key points from this press release:
- Artfest International is in the process of completing the acquisition of Charity Sports Distributor, Inc.
- Some of the merger and acquisition candidates that the Company is currently evaluating are in a variety of sectors within the art, memorabilia and media industries, such as art galleries, sports memorabilia companies, television networks, production companies, printers and manufacturers, and frame manufacturers.
- Through these acquisitions, Artfest International is looking to expand its presence in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Chicago, Orlando, and Miami.
- "We have targeted a host of acquisitions, including printing and manufacturing, that would combined bring additional $20,000,000 in revenues...

Obviously, the last point is what is creating the most change in position on ARTI as $20 million in revenues would create a pps that far surpasses the short-term target of .02-.05 which I have given ARTI.
