P/E stands for price to earnings, not price to sales. Price to sales ratios on companies are most often much much lower than price to earnings multiples. In today's market, price to sales ratios of less than one are often found. Beyond six to one are rare.

Yes, I do really believe that. It's only 30P/E if there's $150 million in sales.
