yep,winnick finally is going down for that scam. i called it several years ago, but everybody called me a basher over and over and ran me off the board. i had done a lot of digging into that one and received enough scam answers from winnick about his dealings for me to figure out he was a con and that bkmp was not a real company and only his personal atm machine...turns out to the tune of $3.2 mill. every time i challenged people on the boards about the trading volume an stated that winnick was diluting, i was told to go away for bashing. very sad that so many lost their money there. i lost some too, but not nearly as much as many.
