Sure..you can ask him these...

1) There are 23 unique practitioners mentioned on your site right now. There were 23 last year. Does that mean there were no practitioners created in the last year or longer? If not, when can we expect to see the list updated with practitioner phone numbers?

2) On November 28, 2006, in an official PR (http://somatics.org/investors/news/stories/2006/11/28/SMAS_Targets_US_Military), it was mentioned that Somatics was targeting the US Military Market, what has been accomplished in the last almost 3 years and are we still at the "targeting" stage?

3) In the last conference call you mentioned that the Veterans treatment in February were clinical trials on a small scale and you were testing the market. Funny that you mentioned the same thing in a PR released over 2 years earlier on February 7, 2007 (http://somatics.org/investors/news/stories/2007/02/07/SMAS_Continues_Expand_To_Military_Through_VA). When were these trials done? 2007 or 2009?

4) As per PR on August 29, 2007, there were some financials released showing gross revenue increase of 255% year over year for Q1 of 2007. (See http://somatics.org/investors/news/stories/2007/08/29/SMAS_Releases_All_Financials)

Where can I find the report? As per PR, the reports were prepared for "easy transitioning to the auditing process". It's now almost 2 years later, where are these audits? Who conducted them?

5) On July 31, 2008, SMAS was near completion of it's application process to become the first Somatics Education school licensed by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). There are now 7 institutions licensed that provide Somatics Education and SMAS isn't one of them. Why?

6) Why haven't we heard about any progress with leading points? DOD contractor registry expires on November 20th, what have you accomplished in the time and what do you plan on doing after it expires?

7) If you were nothing more than an investor, given the track record of this company through the information currently available to shareholders (as per my examples in the above questions), would you invest in a company like SMAS?
