garyev, the IRS does not advertise or post an article in the newspaper every time they visit a business. As a matter of fact it's quite the opposite. They do not ever comment on any open investigation, ever! You seem very inexperienced on business dealings and how the real world operates.

I previously challenged the board to post one PR that ever came true, showing revenues to this company. Guess what....NO ONE POSTED ANYTHING because nothing was ever true, it was all lies.

Shareholders have been told a 1/2 dozen times that audited financials were coming, over the course of years. We never will see those financials because PM cannot account for the millions of dollars he took from people in the form of loans. He does this and claims the money is his (lending it to the company), actually using it for personal expense. He then gives away company shares in exchange of repayment, many times months and years later. He personally has never put a nickle of his own money into the company because he never had any of his own money. The story goes on and on.....stay tuned.
