This doesn't make any sense at all, your saying if we(Dr.Pandey) withdraws his and other lawsuits Swift will go ahead with his reorg plan...........what plan does Swift have that you know about, with no communication from him at all. His plan was and is to drive the company into the ground.
If Swift had a good plan to grow Xkem he would have implicated long ago with or without lawsuits and by now he would have all creditors and shareholders on his side.
For the amount that Pandey and others are suing for Xkem could have paid for those lawsuits if lost 10 times over with the revenue from Nicosan that would be coming in by now.
I guess you didn't listen to the last CC from Swift when he cut off shareholders off for asking questions about Xkem and their hard earned money they invested in the company.
Every company has lawsuits that doesn't Swift the right to not forgo with business.
